Kim Ok-vin won the best actress award at the 42nd Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival in Spain.
She shared the award with Elena Anaya of Spain. She won for her performance in "Thirst," a vampire movie that won the jury prize at Cannes. It was directed by Park Chan-wook
.Kim made her debut in an online beauty contest.
